Well you can see the percentage just before the redirection to the paypal website. But what you say is to mention that before users want to pay with paypal ?

how would I go about adding in the paypal fee percentage like you have on your bieleke?

For the premium users the Full 1.2.5 release can be downloaded. In the shop the new release is added and 1.2.0 removed. Updates are still there for a while, for the ones that are not on the higher versions.

If you want all the fixes ... yes. You can read for yourself what has changed, but it's wise to indeed take them all. Or upgrade to premium and the updates will be free for one year (12 months).
If you do not take all the updates there is a change you'll miss language constants or added code to some of the source-files.
Once you have paid us for the code the code is yours (it's LGPL). So if you feel not to be in need of upgrading, then don't. The disadvantage in that case is that you have to fix the bugs yourself.
We do not force users to upgrade, but if you plan to upgrade to a higher version then indeed you need the numbers between them too.

Ok, thank you for the information. I was just curious.
If I updated from 1.22 -> 1.25 would I need to buy each of the upgrades?

The credit for the random product menu goes for the most part to persian support who wrote the program the only thing i did was fix and change a few things.
That you have to pay for this program and updates i do not find strange it gives bieleke and partners the means to keep this project going. Personally i find e107shop a stable and easy to use program.

Open Source = Software that is open (GPL or LGPL) but it does not have to mean the software is completely free. In the past you had to pay 35 dollar to get the banners removed from the shop and around 200 dollars if you wanted the shop banner and link free. So i feel like not doing bad by choosing the distribution model i use now.

For example... to bugfix and streamline the add-on that Persian Support and Webdoktor wrote took me another afternoon. But at the other hand, when that upgrade is bought i will share a part of the cash with those two persons. So it is not the case i want to rip off the users of the shop.

Well those who have paid for premium support can download updates for free (premium support lasts a year), but the others wil have to pay to download the updates. I just want to get a part of the huge investment (we did by buying zogo) back. And i invest a lot of hours work to enhance the shop. And last but not least ... be honest... if windows should have the same pricing as i do, don't you think a lot more users would buy the software instead of using pirated versions ?

Bieleke, why should those who have already paid have to pay again to have a bug updated? Just curious. Thanks - Nephilim

Well we have choosen to release a full release for 5 euro, and each update for 1 euro, but after 5 updates i will make a new main release. So this evening 1.2.5 FULL version will be added to the shop and the 1.2.0 will be removed.

I understand friend, but not everyone has expertise in programming. And the E107 despite being an excellent cms, is still missing a good virtual story ...
Good Sales!
I will follow your project.
It was only a doubt about it, because before the old project, could use freely with the banner. It was a little confusing especially for foreign community.
Even better so I think he will develop faster
